*MY PERSONAL TOP THINGS TO START OFF EVERY NEW YEAR*
Six Things to START of your New Year
1. DON'T bring over any experiences, mistakes, failures, bad relationships, vengeances or grudges into a new year unless you're learning and growing from it, otherwise, let it go.
2. Create a NEW goal list even if its the same goal from the year before and it is not yet achieved. Just placed it on a different list and add new goals to it.
3. Let go off your past - NOTHING can be achieved by living in the past. Don't be afraid to move on from things that caused you pain, hurt or shame. Chances are something better is waiting for you on the other side.
4. If you haven't already, start feeding your mind and mental health POSITIVE things only. Negative thinking only holds you back from actually getting to where you want to be.
5. Find a new hobby that BUILDS your well being whether it is cooking something new, joining a book club, starting a new diet, volunteer, journalizing your thoughts or even attend a yoga or painting class. There's more to life than working and paying bills. There are so many things to explore. Make the commitment.
6. Take breaks whenever you NEED them. A vacation, get away, road trip, night out with friends, family dinner, alone time.... anything that brings you peace and relaxation SHOULD be apart of your new year's resolution list.
